With over 40 years of experience in the fitness industry, I'm dedicated to helping individuals overcome gym anxiety and conquer their fears. As the owner of bestfitbod, I specialize in a diverse range of fitness disciplines including Pilates, step aerobics, kickboxing, resistance stretching, and weight training.
